Master Plan Renderings
“Hotel in Borovoe” has the total plot area of 10 He, on which we have designed 3 hotel buildings and many supporting ones, including Garage, pumping station of water supply system, Fire extinguishing reservoirs, pedestrian bridge and others
“Hotel in Borovoe” is one of most complicated to design due to the soil conditions (part of the mount on which it is located represented by very firm granite), also the total height’s difference trough the land plot have reached 50 m
Master Plan
For the project of “Hotel in Borovoe” we have developed Sketch design – the architectural idea? Based on that have developed the whole set of construction drawing (architectural? Structural, MEP? MP and other, have received all necessary permits of local legislation and building departments to obtain the building permit
