Client wanted a smart home that would look very modern and bold with alot of glass to capture the stunning views surrounding the property.
Exterior Renderings

Balanced Front Elevation
Wide full length glass used in the front elevation to capture the views and allow maximum light exposure into the interior.
Floor Plan
The ground floor features a spacious layout with a decent size pool, a two-car porch, a small private lawn with a Patio, a living room, dining area, kitchen, and a dedicated study. This level also contains one bedroom and a separate servant's room for operational needs.
