The project entails the design of a three-storey, residential, country-side home in Kitale, Trans Nzoia County.
Exterior Renderings
The exterior finish is a blend of dark stucco, dark stone cladding, and wood grain finish. These neutral, natural earth colours and materials blend with the natural environment and soil, complementing and sitting in harmony with it's context.
The open floorplan layout, and connected volumes (on the ground and 1st floor) allow for cross-ventilation through the spaces and penetration of light into the deeper spaces.
