The Sillhoette of Memphis Restaurant & Theater Design programs that acts as the base of the hub, is the fashion institute. As a means of having a successful fashion city, small incubators and foundations are to be initialised to accomodate graduates in order to start their own businesses and practice their field professionally. International events hosting overseas fashion professionals would invite more foreigners to even enter the offered education, which can also boost the economic state.
