Project Background
Located in the Campo Grande district of Rio de Janeiro, this multifunctional cultural center houses a primary school, a dental and women's health clinic, a gym, a dance studio, a semi-Olympic swimming pool, and a sports arena. The facility is designed to serve employees from the local commerce sector and their families, while also welcoming the broader community for courses, lectures, recreational activities, and sports programs. Construction is due to begin late semptember 2025.

Entering past reception, user can take the elevator or the stair promenade to get to upper site level (13 meters high)
Entering the stairs promenade they are angle in such a way that gardens are valued and the usre can not see the long walk ahead, favoring relaxation and slow walking
The Educational part of the project, on first floor it hold art exhibitions and on second floor, a primary school.
The connection between Educational and health services is made through a garden, protectec by a roof metal structure
