Project Background Project Origins: This is a single-family villa. The client wished to build a modern family villa on a sloped plot located in Kinshasa/Ngaliema. The idea was born from the desire to create a living space that combines comfort, aesthetics, and harmonious integration with the natural landscape. Objectives and Goals: Main Objective: To design and build a villa that maximizes the use of the sloped terrain while offering panoramic views and easy access to all parts of the house.
Exterior Renderings
Grand Entrance: A majestic front door, often made of wood or metal, with large glass panels to let in natural light. Panoramic Windows: Large bay windows offering breathtaking views and maximizing natural light inside the villa. Luxurious Materials: Use of noble materials such as stone, wood, and glass for a modern and refined aesthetic. Well-kept Landscape: Well-maintained gardens with paved walkways leading to the main entrance.

Location and Access: The parking is situated on the lower ground floor of the villa, providing easy and secure access. The parking entrance can be equipped with an automatic door for increased convenience. A paved and well-lit driveway leads directly to the parking area.
Open Living Room: A large living room with panoramic windows, overlooking the garden and the pool. The space is furnished with comfortable and high-quality furniture. Dining Room: Adjacent to the living room, a vast dining room ideal for entertaining, with direct access to the kitchen and outdoor terrace. Modern Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with a central island, modern appliances, and plenty of storage space. It is designed to be both functional and inviting. Leisure Area: A cinema room
Secondary Bedrooms: Several large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and built-in closet. Some bedrooms also have a private balcony. Upstairs Pool: To bring even more sensation.

Section Plan
Foundations: The foundations must be specially designed to adapt to the slope of the terrain. We used strip footings and isolated footings in reinforced concrete, strengthened to ensure the stability of the building. Geotechnical studies are necessary to determine the appropriate depth and type of foundation, to prevent any landslide or instability. For the rest of the structure, we maintained the system: Post-Beam while ensuring the stability of the building.
