There are two entrances on the ground floor. The first is open to the public and provides access to the lobby, reception area, and stairs leading to the first floor.

Project Background

This design is a 7-story building located in “Avenue Kwame Nkrumah “ in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. The idea was to design the building as simply as possible so that the volume could occupy the entire area.

Exterior Renderings

There are two entrances on the ground floor. The first is open to the public and provides access to the lobby, reception area, and stairs leading to the first floor.

Floor Plan

The layout of the building’s interior leaves us with simply the structure and its circulation systems, including the stairs and elevators. We also designed a few important locations, including the ground floor staff facilities, lobby, reception, placement of the restrooms and security room.
