Project Background
This project was built in 2012-13 and is located in an up market area in Kempton Park, Johannesburg South Africa. It is inside a gated community known as Serengeti Golf and Wildlife Estate. The size of the land is 1200 SQM. The client is an Engineer and required a modern and contemporary look to his house. He also desired open indoor-out door spaces. The topography is generally flat with mainly sandy soils.

The ground floor consists of two living spaces open kitchen and dining area, an office, guest room, 2 terraces, one covered one open and next to a pool, a sauna, a games room and a three car garage. The first floor has a total of three en-suite bedrooms and two balconies and covers an area of 162 SQM.
