The Medihub+ Building Project is a commercial building located in the heart of the city where it accommodates medical business such eye clinics, beauty clinics, spas, wellness centers, pharmacy and other privately owned medical clinics as it is located in the proximity of three major hospitals in the city. The design and planning faithfully adheres to the building standards, nationally and locally, maximizing the fullest potential of the building as a one stop shop for medical related purchases

For the ground floor, a one stop shop pharmacy and medical equipment supplies store is designated to service post operational medical needs from the discharged patients of the neighboring hospitals. On the 2nd and 3rd floor, each shop is given their own store frontage along a shared hallway.
