Inspection of concrete column B22.5, column cross-section 500x500mm. Column height 6.9m. Reinforcing steel used is VB500V. Column withstands maximum moment = 25.392 tm, axial force = 53.45 tons. Inspection result: Load-bearing capacity is ensured.

Detailed design drawings of the main load-bearing frame of the factory building. Columns and trusses are made of welded composite steel. Load-bearing trusses have a cross-section of I-600-400x215x6x10mm. Load-bearing columns have a cross-section of I-350-650x215x8x8mm. The entire load-bearing steel frame uses steel with strength grade Q345.

The workshops use reinforced concrete frames with strength grade B22.5 combined with a main load-bearing steel frame (Q345 steel), C220x50x20x2mm roof purlins, and fixed connections between reinforced concrete columns and the foundation. On the second floor, the steel columns are hinged to the reinforced concrete columns. The foundation uses a single footing under the columns. The calculated stress at the bottom of the foundation is Pmax = 25t/m2.
