Project Background
The site of this plan is located in Beizhai Community, and the main transportation routes around the site are adjacent to Binhai Highway and Beizhai Metro Station. The west side of the base is the Municipal Supervision Bureau, the north and east sides are residential buildings, and the south side is a city road. The overall landscape advantage around the site is relatively weak. The terrain of the base is high in the south and low in the south, with a height difference of up to four meters.
Scheme Design
30 mid to high end parent-child guesthouses in the northern plot, creating a tourism experience that combines education with entertainment and promotes family relationships. Get close to nature, provide opportunities for intimate contact with nature, and let children learn and grow through play.
