The has been tendered and construction is to commence in one weeks time. This is where the staff are supposed to reside and being done first before the main University Structures.

The plan incorporates having vegetation cover in areas that are not covered by buildings, roads or constructed areas. This will apply also on the riparian reserves. The plan also proposes adoption of local zoning regulations that shall be used for monitoring and evaluation in order to sustain the areas future environment.
On both boundaries of the plot, a vegetation cover including planted trees are to be provided. There is also provision for green areas on the transport network such as the road corridors
Street lighting and vegetation cover provided to beautify the environment and make the area safe for walking at any time of the day and night.
