Project Background
The site is located in the central zone of Coastal Park, stretching along both sides of the coastal ecological promenade, covering a total area of 11,200 square meters. Featuring gently undulating terrain, the plot is backed by dense black pine forests and faces the wide open sea, delivering unobstructed full sea views. The two contrasting natural landscapes—the grand ocean and tranquil woodland—serve as abundant design inspiration for the integrated architectural and landscape planning of this coastal office & exhibition complex.
Floor Plan
The overall layout is divided into three functional zones in line with the site’s unique terrain and natural landscape conditions, and the landscape design of each zone creates exclusive viewing experiences for office spaces. As the core office, exhibition and conference complex, The Tide's Echo Hall is arranged on the northeastern side of the site, where the office areas take priority to access sweeping panoramic sea views and connect seamlessly with the coastal ecological promenade landscape system.
Project Aerial View
The interplay of nested building volumes under the overhanging roof forms a layered spatial sequence customized for office users, and the landscape layout delivers an open environment with multi-directional sea and woodland viewing corridors. The staff canteen & catering supporting facility is arranged on the western zone of the site, where dense black pine woods are retained as a natural green buffer zone in the landscape design to shield the office core area.
Renderings (Except Aerial View)
The architectural complex achieves seamless three-dimensional integration with the site’s landscape framework. As office staff and business guests move through the spaces, the blurred boundary between indoor work zones and outdoor landscapes reshapes viewing experiences continuously, generating a layered, fluid spatial circulation that harmonizes office functions with the surrounding coastal and woodland natural scenery.
Project Photos (Design Landed)
The Tide's Echo Hall, the core office and exhibition complex, is located within Coastal Park beside Sanggou Bay in Rongcheng, Shandong Province. The building faces the Yellow Sea to its east and is backed by an extensive ecological shelterbelt on the west. This superior landscape location forms a unique peninsula-shaped plot with an exclusive layout of "surrounded by woodland landscapes on three sides and wide open sea views on one side", which provides high-quality natural scenery for all office areas.
