Project Background
description of the iron estructure of the tower. Base on three round iron pilars and square iron pieces for the horizontal circulation sistem. You can also estructural diagonals in every corner and level, wich ensure the stability of the structure, especially in Chile wich is a sism country.

Sight of the tower and the litle square below. you can see the close relation betwin the square and the tower wich conforms the "GATE SISTEM" of the town. The tower as 4 diferent levels and sight position on is side and in the midle a triangular stair case wich leds to the uper level in wich you have a 360° sight.
Here you can see de construction materials and technick, of the tower. Iron in the main structure and wood for the circulation elements.
Distant picture of the gate tower and a iluminition structure. You can see the context of the proyect and the wether wich is very cold and windy.
Arch of The gate of Loinquimay. it has two gigantic geometrical representation of the araucaria trees. Very endemic and representative of the local indiginuos people of south Chile. It marks the begining of the entrance to the town.
