Floor Plan
The layout adopts an open-plan concept that naturally segregates social and private zones through fluid circulation while maintaining visual transparency. Main living areas are oriented toward courtyard views to optimize daylight and ventilation, with multi-level zoning accommodating both intergenerational cohabitation and independent privacy.
Villa - Bedroom (Master Room)
Conceived as a private sanctuary, the master bedroom is enveloped in soft textiles and muted tones to promote physical and mental rejuvenation. A dedicated dressing area and spa-inspired ensuite extend functionality without compromising the room’s intimate scale, while secondary bedrooms maintain design continuity yet allow personalized expression through adaptable furnishings.
Villa - Drawing Room, Living Room
Serving as the ceremonial heart of the home, the living room features double-height ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glazing that frame the courtyard landscape, creating a dialogue between interior and exterior. A sculptural fireplace anchors the seating arrangement, while custom millwork and curated art reinforce the refined material narrative, allowing the space to transition seamlessly between formal reception and relaxed family gathering.
Other Interior Renderings
Centered on the philosophy of "quiet luxury," the design conveys restrained elegance through precise materiality and refined craftsmanship. Warm neutral palettes paired with natural stone and solid wood create a timeless atmosphere that transcends trends, while every curated detail aims to evoke serenity and a sense of cultural rootedness.
Offering a contemplative retreat from the home’s social rhythm, the study is lined with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves and integrated display niches. A substantial desk positioned by the window harvests natural daylight for reading and creative work, while the material palette of dark walnut and brushed brass lends the space an atmosphere of intellectual gravitas.
Inspired by the ritual of tea as a meditative practice, the tea room features a low-profile table and floor seating that encourage unhurried conversation. Natural bamboo and textured plaster walls create a tactile, earth-bound environment that slows the pace of daily life, while soft diffused lighting and a curated view of the rock garden complete this sanctuary for mindful hospitality and solitude.
