Project Background
For this project, our client wanted a Mediterranean-style facade which emphasizes indoor-outdoor living with airy, breezy interior spaces that maximize natural light and views of the outdoors.
Project Concept
The client wanted different styles on each area. This is the kitchen area where it leans more to the Japanese style.
This area is the living room where the client wanted it to be a french country style balance of well-worn, down-to-earth elements and delicate, elegant accents.
The client wanted the master bedroom to be a sumba style where it leans to a more traditional era.
Floor Plan
This is the overall floor plan of the first floor.

Interior Renderings
Whereas one of the client's kids wanted the design to be a cool tone modern minimalist design.
The master bathroom inside the master bedroom has the same style where the client requests a travertine marble for the wall for a bit of luxury.
The bathroom inside the kid's room is also the same style as the bedroom.
