Project Background
The house is located on MR-2, in D12, Islamabad, Pakistan. It is a multi residential house with 3 separate portions, each with 3 bedrooms, an open lounge and kitchen, a drawing room with attached powder room, and an open to sky patio. The client requested an open airy house with maximum light yet protection from the direct sunlight in the morning, which was accomplished with a screen to minimize light and maximize airflow.
Floor Plan
Every bedroom opens to the outside via large windows, and the sun facing windows have been covered with a screen that diffuses direct sunlight.
Interior Renderings
Open Lounge and kitchen interior with wood detailing to ensure a cozy homely feeling.
