The living room embodies a refined balance between sophistication and comfort, designed as a central gathering space that reflects both style and warmth. A neutral palette of beige, soft greys, and wood tones establishes a serene foundation, while the marble-clad TV wall introduces a sense of luxury. Floor-to-ceiling windows invite abundant daylight, creating a bright, airy ambiance that complements the subtle material contrasts. The layout promotes fluidity and social interaction

The interior design for this 1211.65 sq.ft. second floor residence was developed upon the client’s provided architectural layout. The space planning retained the existing structural and spatial framework, while the design intervention focused on redefining functionality, flow, and atmosphere. Each area from the open-plan kitchen and dining to the living and bedrooms was enhanced with modern, natural textures, and a balanced tonal palette to create harmony between comfort and sophistication.
Apartment - Bathroom
The common bathroom design blends refined minimalism with a tactile sense of luxury. A restrained palette of grey stone and warm undertones creates a seamless, monolithic effect that amplifies spatial calmness. The floating vanity and concealed lighting accentuate the room’s linear geometry, while reflective surfaces introduce depth and quiet drama. Every material from polished marble to brushed metal contributes to a balanced composition of function and elegance.
Apartment - Drawing Room, Living Room
The living area is envisioned as an open, fluid space that merges calm elegance with architectural clarity. Soft neutrals, layered textures, and diffused daylight create a serene atmosphere, while the staircase’s sculptural form introduces vertical rhythm and spatial continuity. A muted palette of beige, stone, and dark timber grounds the design, complemented by curated accents in marble and brass. The interplay between transparency and mass defines the spatial harmony
Apartment - Public Corridor
The public corridor serves as a transitional space that bridges functionality with aesthetic continuity. Designed to feel open and inviting, it introduces visitors to the residence with a calm yet sophisticated atmosphere. A neutral palette of soft beige and ivory is punctuated by warm textures and curated decor from the linear console and deity niche to the photo wall that adds personal narrative. Integrated shelving and subtle lighting enhance depth while maintaining visual simplicity.
Other Interior Renderings
The kitchen and dining area are designed as an integrated spatial experience where practicality meets understated elegance. Natural light floods the space, enhancing the soft neutral tones and tactile finishes that define its contemporary character. The layout emphasizes open flow and visual connection with the adjacent living area, while clean cabinetry lines and stainless-steel accents create a sense of precision and order.
The kitchen interior embraces simplicity and efficiency within a modern framework. Soft, muted cabinetry paired with a marble-effect backsplash and countertop establishes a clean and cohesive aesthetic. The neutral palette reflects natural light beautifully, amplifying the sense of openness and calm.
