Project Background
The project is a 4 star hotel with 81 guest bedrooms 4 meeting rooms, one restaurant and one lobby bar in addition it also has back of house facilities like industrial kitchen,laundry, staff areas.
Project Concept
The concept was to make a project that is unique, calm and serene. Specifically tailored for the modern business traveller.A green oasis in the concrete jungle at the heart of Addis.
Spatial Composition
Basement level is parking and back of house facilities,on the ground is the reception and lobby bar that welcomes all the guests into the space.on the 1st floor the all day dining restaurant and Main kitchen are located. on the second floor there are 2 meeting rooms and administration offices. the 3rd floor which houses the spa is used as a buffer between the public areas and the guest rooms that are situated from 4th to 12th floor.on the 13th floor there are to meeting halls.
