Project Background
The project is located in the southern part of the Valls Hot Springs Hotel, mainly utilizing auditory, visual, and olfactory senses to guide and enrich people's spatial experience. At the same time, sound and smell have a therapeutic effect on the human body
The hall is carved from original underground rocks, and the rough surface makes it difficult to reflect sound, so the sound heard is a dull reverberation. Meanwhile, in the bathroom space at the end, the walls are polished smooth, and the sound reflected by the water surface and walls can make people pay more attention to the natural sound
In the crevices of different bathroom spaces, I use natural rock crevices to introduce outdoor air into the interior. Combined with different flowers outside, different fragrances will guide people into different spaces. At the same time, the fragrance also has a therapeutic effect, which helps people relax their body and mind.
By combining different water temperatures and sound effects, it achieves a soothing effect on the body and mind. The bathroom space is covered with a membrane structure on the top, creating an acoustic effect similar to a drum.
