Project Background
A modern style with a touch of new modern Chinese Classics elements. The owner is from Guangdong and is Generation Z's, He likes to drink Chinese Tea & its Culture, but should not be too old-fashioned. He also prefer to have some Hong Kong style modern design details.
Project Concept
The house is on top floor with a duplex large flat, have a good view & sunny balcony. Nearly 7 meters hollow. (The picture is an reference photo) At the same time, as the homeowners is Cantonese, and also a young entrepreneurs. It is also necessary with "FengShui" () elements to arrange all the interior design details.
Project Highlights
The biggest and difficulties challenge of this room design is the 7-meter hollow. In addition, because it is the top floor, there are too many horizontal and vertical beams. beams are one of the major design challenges to make it more looks nicer.
With inspiration from foreign ideas, the beams of the existing house were all beautified and decorated, creating one of the design effect elements
The new modern Chinese Classics elements with Hong Kong styling design details, a combination both accents, and dominated by the popular Morandi color scheme.
