Project Background
A simple Design of residential House, with small space. This House will build on 55m2 but with this concept you can have larger space on every section of your house
Floor Plan
1st floor plan with electrical plan, you can see on this floor i just add Living Room and Kitchen for main area on this floor, and barely no wall for each section but i am add leveling floor to separate each room from another room.
I put the main bedroom and guest room on the second floor, plus a laundry room. voids around the back area add to the impression of a spacious room under the 2nd floor. this is also intended to maintain good and optimal air circulation.
Interior Renderings
The stairs are made circular to add to the impression of luxury and elegance. under the stairs there is also an indoor garden so that there are green elements in the house that make the house always look beautiful
there are no walls between rooms to get around the limited available land so that the room feels wider, but there are differences in floor height in each room as a separator between rooms.
simple but still elegant and luxurious, plus large voids so that the air circulation in this house is always good and not stuffy. roster besides adding to the aesthetics of the room also helps air to enter and exit in this area
