Project Background
The project is in south Jakarta, surrounded by a busy city life environment. The client is male mid-30s and single. He wanted to have an open-space apartment but still can maintain privacy when needed, a simple color scheme is a must, and also easy to maintain. rarely cook but still need basic kitchen appliances.
Spatial Composition
Bedroom with low profile bed with strip wood combined with fabric with a touch of natural wall panel from coco mosaic bring warmth yet simple appearance.
The kitchen is kept simple with an inside cabinet fridge and induction hob combined with all closed cabinets, maintain its clean look. next to the kitchen is a tv cabinet with a sliding tv cover to add dimension and aesthetic.
Materials & Processing Technology
For easy maintenance, use of high pressure laminate combined with marine plywood for the base. Silestone, Coco Mosaic, and SPC Floor provide high durability for the wall panel and Floor.
Floor Plan
The flow between rooms will not be disturbed yet can be separated with movable partitions that can be slid all the way to both sides of the wall end.

The floor use white ash SPC plank floor to maintain lightness of the rooms.

lighting using 2 kinds of lighting. consist of pinhole spotlight 7W 3500K to function as task and ambiance light. while the downlight spot function as both general lighting and ambiance light. also LED strip apllied to kichen cabinet for task light.

Plenty of socket for easier access to electricity.
