Small villa with a luxurious touch and the latest technologies on the market.
Floor Plan
In this villa, I aimed to enhance spaciousness and maximize every corner. For instance, I designed the entrance with a double height to create a more luxurious atmosphere. This approach allowed me to use high-quality materials and finishes, resulting in a luxury villa.
Interior Renderings
I designed this reception area to be comfortable and calm, with a touch of luxury.
As you can see, I designed the bathroom door to appear hidden within the wood paneling, with a handle made of marble. This unique approach avoids the typical concept of a bathroom door, especially since it is located at the front of the house. In a luxury space, such details are crucial to maintain an elegant aesthetic.
This is a view of the double-height concept featuring an open book marble design.
The dining table area combines an organic mirror style with luxurious pendant lighting.
The stairs area features a wood design with a touch of gardening, bringing a natural feel to the house and creating a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere.
I designed this kitchen with the latest technology, striking a balance between black and white to meet the client's color preferences.
