Project Background
Location: Chouf - Lebanon Residential house The house was not divided into rooms . I was responsible on not only dividing each room but also to divide each room in a place where the client feels comfortable about.
Floor Plan
This plan was send to me as an architectural basic exterior plan .. I was responsible of making a zoning plan for the client.
Interior Renderings
Sunroom: location Chouf - Lebanon - The client specifically wanted a special room where he can meditate and relax.. my design consists of low comfortable seating inspired by Roche Bobois and a nice suspended lighting that can elevate the space's mood. I specifically put this sunroom where the view is spectacular showing the nice mountain that the client loves and meditates in. This room is super special because the client's reaction was priceless when he saw the 3D renderings i first sent him.
Living Space: this living space was designed to enhance the space's luxurious feeling. My design consist of L-shape Sofa with a nice center table that not only is directed to the amazing view i already talked about but also the television that i put right beside the sunroom so that he can have both advantages. The client specifically said that he always invites his friends to his house and he can see himself and his friends sitting and enjoying their time either watching tv or enjoying theview
Kitchen that is open to the living area since the client is not a chef kind of man he told me that he doesn't mind showing the kitchen. I respected his decision but I recommended closing a small part of the kitchen and making it a dirty kitchen. You never know when he needs to use the kitchen and make a mess without making the mess visible to the eye .. which he gladly accepted my recommendation.
Master Bedroom: My client is a photographer / graphic designer so each 3D i sent him he tells me that it captures his eyes. His likes modern style and calm colours
Master bedroom part 2 consist of a dressing table and a bench that can be drawers with storage inside
