The living room after redevelopment increased to almost 30 m². The room is logically divided into functional zones - a kitchen-dining room and a recreation area with a sofa and TV. An absolute advantage of this room is the large number of floor-to-ceiling windows.

To increase the surface area for cooking in the kitchen, an island table was additionally planned. In addition, this module performs the function of visual separation of the kitchen and dining room.

In the bedroom there is a bed with a bed size of 1600x2000. Thanks to the re-planning, a niche for a built-in wardrobe appeared in the room.

The office is designed for working on a computer, since the owner of the apartment is an IT specialist and usually works at home.

The room, which should become a children's room in the future, currently serves as a guest bedroom.

The walls of the hallway leading to all the rooms are painted dark gray, but thanks to the light, almost white doors, the room does not feel too dark.

Despite the fact that the area of the bathroom was reduced in favor of a pantry, it contained everything necessary: a toilet with a hygienic shower, a large bathtub, a sink with furniture for storage.

The guest bathroom was equipped with a shower cabin at the customer's request.

Project Background

Apartment with a total area of 90 m² for a single man with big plans to start a family. The apartment has three bedrooms, one of which will become a children's room in the future. Among the requirements for planning decisions, it should be noted the presence of a bicycle, which must be stored not far from the entrance, one of the bedrooms must have become an office with the possibility of using it as a guest bedroom and the extension of the living room due to the dismantling of the built-in logg

The apartment with a total area of 90 m² consists of an entrance hall, two bathrooms, a large living room and three bedrooms

At the request of the customer, one of the bedrooms was converted into an office, the bathroom was reduced and due to this, a separate room for laundry and storage was allocated. The built-in loggia was dismantled, thus increasing the area of the living room.

The redevelopment made it possible to place all the necessary furniture and even found a place for a bicycle.
