Throughout the apartment we used the same materials in the finishing and upholstery to visually integrate all the space as a whole. Therefore, the all apartment space seems cozy.

The whole range of apartment neutral shades and hues is sophisticated. Elegance, in the understanding of the customer, is spacious, bright interior with refined details. And in this point, we are agree.

Over dining area we have placed the elegance chandelier, it dilutes the rigour and geometric interior.

We did bright walls almost in the whole apartment and used underfloor heating with ceramic granite finishing imitating parquet board for floor pavement.

The living room is provided with a fireplace in the centre of the composition, sofa with a coffee table and pouf bench. With this scheme the rhythm generates indoors.

We evenly spread colour accents to all space. These are pouf bench, olive armchair and two bookcases on either side of the fireplace in the living room.

Additionally, we divided apartment into public and personal zones. Such division is good as with help of it, and under condition of qualitative work on planning, guests won’t be able incidentally enter client’s personal zones, for example master bedroom.

Colour layout of this apartment has aristocratic spirit. It is represented with pastel and white tones, which are at stark contrast to colour accents. In the bedroom we tried to decrease the contrast as it is zone for the rest.

And for not putting a strain on eyes as in other zones we used more similar to each other white and bright beige colours for the master bedroom finishing.

In the bathroom, we used the same colour scheme, as well as throughout the apartment. Porcelain tiles with a matte texture of marble with grey shade combined with a deep blue colour.

Planning the space, we placed floor sink drawer, open niche for shampoos, moving rack for shower gels and decor.

Project Background
