Project Background
The Location of the site is in the Parkway Corporate Center at Alabang Muntinlupa Manila Philippines at eleven floor, a central downtown office, a bare site condition with existing two aircon FCU to be utilize, electrical, fire protection and plumbing system was available at the unit, this unit is a fit-out project and approximately 75sqm and has an economy budget.
Floor Plan
the floor plan approximately 75sqm and has an economy budget the requirements of the office has a reception entry, kitchen at the right due to plumbing system at the site, small meeting room, work station for 3 to 4 staff visitors area , break room, design work area, managers office.
Interior Renderings
The workstation has a three table and chairs, visitor lounge with acoustic sofa and coffee table along the rightside is the design lab with polycarbonate glass and wooden framing for making sample of special paint, nest to it the managing director office, microcem paint is the major finish of the wall, the ceiling is black painted the beam, slab and other utilities, the hanging wooden crates with greenery plants for the ceiling decoration, pendent light with clear glass ball, floor is carpet.
