Project Background
The Location of the site is in Northern Boundary of the Philippines a provincial site 6 hours travel time form the main capital city, the office is along the main road the bare structure it looks dirty and old condition the existing entrance has to be design with glass and aluminum frame the floor area of the project is about 32sqm with 2 level the second floor has a C channel metal framing, a law firm office and still on going project.

Floor Plan
the ground and the second floor consist of; reception/secretary lounge area for visitor and waiting, lawyer office, kitchen and toilet, filing cabinet are; the second floor are executive office, nap pod, laywer area, conference room, filing cabinet area, hallway and staircase the law office has a very small space but it can be utilized as per the design and office requirements and functional.
Interior Renderings
The executive office design was small space but it was done well and utilized the space perfectly and at the backdraft wall were design accordingly to the requirements, it has a book stand, display world map, decorative feature and padded wall backing the office table also small but very functionally with shelving at the leftside, executive chair and visitor chairs, 2 seater sofa for the guest, ceramic floor tiles, vertical blind, painted wall with deror, ceiling design with indirect lighting a
the reception area has a simple black and white color counter with company logo and LED lihgting and planters, backdraft wooden slatwall with featured logo, alba black painted back wall at the stairwell, glass and stainless steel handrail, wooden step stair, natural lighting with vertical blinds at the main entrance, clear glass and frosted sticker with wood frame partiton at rightside, semi gloss floor tiles, painted ceiling with lightings, optional planters and decorative accessories.
the lounge area has a two seater fabric or leather upholstery, round side table with display flower, accent wall with brown damasco or marmorino special paint, wall frame with printed poster, bothside pendent white lighting, natural lighting with vertical blinds at the main entrance, clear glass and frosted sticker with wood frame partiton at rightside, semi gloss floor tiles, painted ceiling with lightings, optional planters and decorative accessories
