Project Background
This case is a four-bedroom apartment. Because a family of three lives, there is not much demand for room functionality. We have made three drafts of the optimal plan and determined this plan. We use the overlap of space use to design the elements of life for multi-level use. On the premise of ensuring that the three-bedroom space is adequately used, the original relatively small kitchen and dining area are renovated to improve the living comfort.
Interior Renderings
The design requirements – modern, minimal, beautiful – were inspired by chiaroscuro, accentuating the contrast of tones to create a timeless and serene home. The original apartment has a hallway that looks to the end. After changing the moving line, the Changhong glass partition at the door forms a porch, and the space is transparent and private.
The 7-square-foot shoe cabinet storage space at the entrance is suitable for shoes, bags, umbrellas and clothing, making the space look more neat and practical.
Marble-clad load-bearing walls and brushed stainless steel piers enhance the texture of the space. The 1.5m kaws ornaments at the entrance hall make the entrance hall more interesting and give a sense of ritual to returning home from get off work.
The avant-garde and low-luxury black and white gray is the main color of the whole space. The minimalist black and white environment is full of personality, logic, efficiency, taste and simplicity. A little warm orange embellishment adds vitality to the whole space, and also makes the space not lost. feel like home.
A long bench on one side of the dining table reduces the size of the space and makes the space more comfortable while satisfying normal use.
Without changing the original closed Chinese kitchen, an open western kitchen that can be socialized is added. For the whole home, this can not only avoid the spread of heat and fumes brought by Chinese kitchen cooking, but also enjoy the open western kitchen. The fresh experience brought by the kitchen combines the advantages of an open kitchen and a closed kitchen.
