Project Background
The project started in early spring in March. The owner's previous residence has been plagued by storage problems, and he wants to make the new house more practical, which coincides with our concept of creating a functional space. Incorporate the designer's understanding of the owner's life and the cognition of the needs within the limited space, and meet the customer's spiritual needs through material expression and atmosphere creation. Our design starts from this.
Interior Renderings
The perspective after the change of the household moving line, every corner has a new look. The added Changhong glass partition solves the layout of the bathroom directly from the home, and adds a sense of mystery to the dining room and living room.
The living room pursues the tenet of modern simplicity, expressing the space with calm wood color, black stainless steel veneer, black sofa as embellishment, making the space smart and fashionable, and adding lighting to make the space more rhythmic. The area is divided into square, simple and clean, so that the space can be extended.
The living room is a place of communication at home. We expand the balcony outside, and we can perceive the changes in the four seasons in life and nature. The goose-yellow massage chair lights up the space and provides a space for the returning host to relieve stress.
The guest dining room is decorated with wood veneer, which is simple yet elegant.
The combination of the round marble coffee table and the orange lounge chair makes the square space more flexible.
The calm large-faced gray bricks, warm wood finishes, and textured leather sofas outline the spatial layers and create an elegant atmosphere that matches the occupants' temperament.
We omitted the traditional TV cabinet and chose gray wooden grille as the base to make the space more integrated and more stable. The storage cabinets on both sides of the TV helped the owner to greatly improve the storage function.
Expand the kitchen area, add sideboards in the dining room and kitchen aisle, and improve the storage space. The kitchen space is made of white wall tiles and matched with gray painted cabinets, which extends the vision and makes the space stylish and warm.
The wood grain cabinet at the entrance, the Hermes orange dining chair and the warm light on the dining table, these elements embellish the atmosphere of the house and fade away the fatigue after work.
