Project Background

The project is located in a commercial building in daxing District, Beijing

The original building was used as a shopping mall, so the space needed a lot of adjustments.

Floor Plan

In order to maximize the number of rooms, two rooms are divided in a space of 4m wheelbase in the building. The space is embedded into each other to meet the needs of living room, bedroom, kitchen and toilet

The aerial view attempts to enhance the effect of the spatial structure by 4m high space

The whole building of 6000 square meters, a total of 192 single apartments designed.
