my client needed an update of bathrooms and living areas in his residence

Project Concept
The concept for the remodel of an apartment using modern architecture would involve updating the space to incorporate sleek, minimalist design elements and incorporating the latest tecnologies. The focus would be on maximizing functionality, natural light, and open spaces, while also creating a visually striking and contemporary aesthetic. This could include elements such as large windows, open floor plans, and clean lines, as well as the use of sustainable and energy-efficient materials.
the use of smart home technology can be integrated to increase functionality and convenience for the residents.
The final design will aim to maximize space and create a comfortable, yet stylish living environment.
Project Highlights
The architectural project focused on achieving greater spaciousness and lighting in the rooms and bathrooms. Design techniques were used to open up and expand the space of the rooms and bathrooms. The use of natural light was maximized through the use of windows and high ceilings to create brighter and more welcoming environments. Spatial Composition
The spatial composition of the living room and bathroom remodeling architecture project focused on creating a fluid and efficient distribution of space. Some techniques that were used to accomplish this include: Create an open floor plan in the room to remove visual barriers and increase the feeling of spaciousness. Use the furniture and finishes to create a sense of continuity in the spaces. Create a functional layout in the bathroom, placing the essential elements in a strategic position

Latest generation but easily accessible materials were used in the market to achieve amplitude, control the temperature and facilitate the reflection of light, and the use of natural light, glass bricks, fired clay blocks and hr wood were used.
