Project Background
This is one of our micro-renovation design projects. We want to transform the top-floor duplex house in the urban CBD into a homestay space that can have a natural openness and full of joy, and want to create more intimacy for the residents. "I want to play slides at home, I want to have a bubble house on the rooftop, count the stars and bask in the moon!".
Interior Renderings
As soon as you open the door, you are greeted by this brown bear. It's cute and waiting for you to give it a hug.
Entrance hall before renovation
After the renovation, we used a large long table and a slide as the center of the house, allowing people to get along in a relaxed and happy space. Of course, there are also large sofas and projectors, so that dinners, chats, readings, and guests can all be held here.
The renovated stairs are white and noble! We used PVC tiles and changed the color of the entire staircase to white. It not only changes the original dull tone, but more importantly saves the construction cost and construction period.
The slide is one of the highlights of this house
The remodeled living room adds a slide for added interest.

Staircase before renovation
The stairs before the renovation, the color is deep!
The remodeled kitchen is uncluttered and generous, with a tone that echoes throughout the house.
The renovated restaurant has adjusted the position of the air conditioner to make the restaurant space complete and beautiful. The dining table made of elm wood slabs is simple and stable, and it is the central area of the party.
We transformed the small balcony into an open-air sunny bathroom, which is white and romantic.
Dark green walls, pink naughty leopards, white gauze tents and shakers.
A playful leopard in pink brings a lively and cheerful vibe to this grey-walled space.
