Entering the house, the original configuration of the restaurant, we made it a separate entryway area

Spacious shoe and hat cabinets meet the needs of three generations of homeowners, and the design of the original window sills is also created into a small reading area.

In the living room, we use a sitting-on-side way to facilitate communication. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, we can see the shade of the trees.

The owner of the house refused to show up on television, but he could not help his love of movies, and there was still a projector in the living room.

The owner of the house likes to read books, but feels that cleaning the bookcase is also a heavy task, so we set up a row of bookcases at the most accessible height, and the upper and lower areas are covered by cabinet doors

Kitchen space design

The restaurant, as a gathering place for family members, is located in the most central part of the common area.

Another angle is the living room, next to which there is a water bar for easy daily use.

The rooms guarantee a comfortable scale, and through the windows we can still feel the gifts of nature.

At the convergence of several room lines, we have created a parent-child area, and the two sides of the area are not separated by walls. The setting of the invisible door makes the parent-child area more complete.

We transformed the original dark aisle into a bright parent-child area, and also painted a whole side of blackboard paint, so that our little host can create it here.

Project Background

It's a house that makes us jealous. It is adjacent to the river beach and surrounded by rivers on three sides. Backed by Turtle Mountain, the living room and master bedroom are full of greenery, located in the center of the city, but a sense of ease and tranquility. The difficulty of house design lies in the effective use of the middle area. But that's where our design began. The zigzag line, which seems extravagant, creates an interesting space.
