Project Background
This apartment was designed by us for a couple as a retirement home. In functional planning, only the two owners need to be considered. The overall space is based on the expectations and needs of the owner, not only considering practical functions, but also not limited by style.
Interior Renderings
The entire apartment is dominated by neutral colors to avoid breaking the continuity of the space and create a natural and quiet living atmosphere for the owner.
We have hidden details in the gray and white and elegant space, and the caulking of metal lines strongly outlines the level of the ceiling, and at the same time weakens the sense of oppression brought by the low beam position.

In the living room space, we put a set of storage cabinets to make the public area achieve visual penetration, and also ensure that the owner has enough space for sorting and storage.
While sorting out the space functions, we are also customizing a new way of life for the homeowners. We use the large window of the south balcony to bring in sufficient light and let the light and shadow leave traces of time in the space. The display of furniture in the open space creates the spirit of the field, and the placement of the fireplace highlights the mood of life.
