Interior Renderings
K House is located on the edge of the 5th northeastern ring of Beijing’s suburbs. It is a residence with beautiful surroundings. K house is at the end of the east point of the townhouse, thus there is no window on the west side, but the evergreen land on the east side.
This project could roughly divided into three floors above ground and one underground. Due to the population, it requires a lot of personal spaces. With a height limited, we arranged various living spaces in a split-level way, raised the ceiling of public spaces, and lowered the tearoom for tea chat and the study room for reading. The split-level space stretches the visual sensory effect. It makes the space more flexible, interesting, and retaining the personal privacy of each family member.
