Floor Plan
The design for COMUNICADORES SRL's office is based on maximizing the use of space so that it can accommodate multiple functions and support them with comfort and efficiency. The office's visual identity incorporates the company's logo while also creating spaces dedicated to creativity and teamwork.
Office Area - Open Office
The most distinctive feature of this space is its visual openness, providing clear sightlines from all areas of the office and creating an immediate focal point upon entry. This effect is reinforced through the use of distinctive colors, patterns, carpeting, accessories, furniture, and graphic vinyl elements.
Office Area - Other Office Areas
Executive Management Office. This hierarchical space reflects professionalism and innovation. Custom-designed furniture and suspended ceiling elements incorporate wood finishes and graphic vinyl applications that communicate the company's core values, complemented by modern and comfortable furnishings.
Boardroom. The design is understated, elegant, and spacious. It conveys a warm atmosphere and, as in most of the office areas, incorporates vegetation that complements and contrasts with the proposed finishes.
Office Building - Lobby
Lobby and Reception. This is a spacious and welcoming area featuring an organic and fluid design language expressed through decorative ceiling details, lighting, and backlit elements. The company's branding is highlighted through the integration of the logo and the strategic placement of the reception counter, finished in aluminum and glass, which provides a strong visual focal point and allows for effective supervision of the entire space.
