The client requested a complete redesign of the villa into a sleek, modern style.

I kept the character of the slope but extended it via a false ceiling to drop cleanly over the centerline of the counter. I capped the transition with an authentic wooden beam to anchor three pendant lights and distributed small beams over the kitchen to highlight the slope, I wrapped the kitchen with a stone cladding wall, featuring three custom wooden display shelves on the left side and two wooden shelves on the front. Layering the area with spots, pendants, and warm indirect lighting
