NH Florida Hotel Renovation – Minor Business Hotel Interior Design
Renovation project for NH Florida Hotel, part of Minor Hotels, located in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The intervention included guest rooms, bathrooms, lobby, restaurant and administrative areas while maintaining hotel operations throughout construction. The design focused on improving guest experience, modernizing finishes and furnishings, optimizing circulation and enhancing the hotel's contemporary identity.
Materials & Processing Technology
Material and FF&E selection developed for the NH Florida Hotel renovation, part of the Minor Hotels portfolio. The design process included the definition of color palettes, upholstery fabrics, melamine finishes, decorative lighting and furniture specifications. All materials were selected to achieve durability, operational efficiency and a contemporary hospitality atmosphere aligned with the brand standards.

Hotel - Executive Suite, Suite
Executive suite renovation for NH Florida Hotel, part of Minor Hotels Group. The design emphasizes natural light, comfort and functionality through a refined palette of warm materials, integrated lighting and carefully selected furnishings, creating a welcoming hospitality environment aligned with international hotel standards.
Guest room designed to provide a calm and contemporary hospitality experience. The custom headboard, integrated lighting and neutral color palette create a timeless aesthetic while enhancing guest comfort and reinforcing the design standards of Minor Hotels Group.
Hotel - Executive Double Room, Double Room
This room highlights the project's focus on brightness, spatial comfort and guest well-being. Natural light, neutral tones and functional furniture solutions create a relaxing atmosphere aligned with the contemporary hospitality experience envisioned for NH Florida Hotel, part of the Minor Hotels portfolio.

The design combines contemporary aesthetics, guest comfort and practical functionality, creating a welcoming hospitality environment through carefully selected materials, lighting and furniture solutions.
Hotel - Lobby, and Lobby Lounge
Renovation of the main lobby and reception area for NH Florida Hotel, part of Minor Hotels Group. The design focused on improving guest experience through optimized circulation, contemporary finishes, integrated lighting and functional furniture solutions. The project balanced aesthetics, comfort and operational efficiency within a fully operational hospitality environment.
Other Interior Renderings
Contemporary co-working space integrated into the hotel’s public areas. Designed to support both individual work and informal meetings, the space features flexible seating, functional layouts and a warm material palette that complements the overall hospitality experience.
The design concept reimagined the lobby as a multifunctional hospitality hub, combining comfort, elegance and functionality. Lounge areas were strategically integrated to encourage social interaction, informal meetings and guest relaxation, supported by a warm and contemporary material palette.
The breakfast and buffet area was reimagined as a contemporary hospitality space that balances functionality, comfort and visual appeal. Careful attention was given to circulation, service efficiency and guest experience, resulting in an inviting environment aligned with the quality standards of NH Florida Hotel and Minor Hotels.
The spatial layout combines lounge areas, bar facilities and circulation zones into a cohesive hospitality environment. Open sightlines, flexible seating arrangements and strategic zoning enhance guest comfort while supporting the operational needs of the hotel. The design promotes both relaxation and social interaction within a contemporary setting.
