Project Background
The project is located in Ruaka, Kiambu county. The concept of the development is dedicated to safeguarding the integrity of the small dry stream traversing the property instituting 12 meters riperian reserve along its banks. This strategic reserve acts as a crucial protective barrier shielding the development from any potential adverse effects stemming from the stream. The client requested for a high end development with rentable shops on the ground and 1st floor and units on the upper floors.
The apartments entry area seeps in seamlessly with the street activities making it blend in smoothly with the context.
Floor Plan
The floor plan put into consideration the riperian reserve of the stream traversing the property. So we came up with twin separate towers.
