This 195㎡ Duplex interior design project is located at Swanbay, Dai Phuoc Island. The design targets a high-end lifestyle, seamlessly blending luxury with modern convenience. The client’s vision was to create a personalized sanctuary that optimizes river views and natural light while maintaining an atmosphere of "Quiet Luxury".
Floor Plan
The Level 3 floor plan showcases a grand open-concept living space. It seamlessly integrates the high-ceiling living room with a modern dining area and a professional-grade kitchen. The layout is anchored by a sculptural spiral staircase and extends to a private logia, creating a fluid connection between indoor luxury and the natural surroundings of Swanbay.
Level 4 is envisioned as a private sanctuary, dedicated entirely to the Master Suite. This floor plan features a sophisticated sleeping area, a high-end walk-in closet, and a private study corner. The spatial arrangement focuses on "Quiet Luxury," prioritizing comfort and silence while offering an expansive view of the double-height void below.
The top level serves as a functional extension of the lifestyle script. It includes a dedicated storage room to maintain the home's minimalist aesthetic and a rooftop terrace designed for an outdoor garden. This area provides a serene retreat for relaxation, reflecting the "Less is More" philosophy in high-end urban living.
Apartment - Bedroom (Master Room)
This Master Bedroom view embodies the essence of "Quiet Luxury" through a harmonious palette of warm wood and soft grey tones. The focal point is a grand upholstered bed complemented by ambient cove lighting and integrated bedside lamps. The addition of a high-end massage chair and large windows with venetian blinds creates a perfect private sanctuary for ultimate relaxation and emotional balance.
