Project Background
The living area is currently in a raw site condition, offering a blank canvas for a well-planned and aesthetically refined interior design. The space will be developed with a modern and functional approach, focusing on both comfort and visual appeal. The design concept will include a feature TV wall with a combination of textured panels, subtle lighting, and clean finishes to create a focal point.
The dining area at the raw site stage is currently an open, unfinished space with exposed walls, flooring, and ceiling, offering complete flexibility for design development. The area is well-positioned to connect seamlessly with adjacent spaces, allowing for a smooth flow of movement and functionality.
Starting from a raw, unfinished site, the goal is to transform the space into a warm, functional, and aesthetically pleasing daughter’s bedroom that reflects personality, comfort, and smart space utilization. The design begins with optimized space planning, ensuring smooth circulation while allocating dedicated zones for sleeping, studying, and storage. The bed is positioned strategically to enhance natural light and ventilation, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere.
A soft and elegant color palette—such as pastel pinks, warm neutrals, or subtle lavender tones—is introduced to create a soothing and youthful ambiance. Accent elements like textured wall panels, wallpaper, or a feature wall behind the bed add character and depth to the room.
To enhance aesthetics, decor elements such as LED strip lighting, pendant lights, and minimal wall dcor are incorporated, maintaining a balance between modern style and functionality. Soft furnishings—curtains, cushions, and rugs—are selected to complement the theme and add warmth.
