Project Background
This 38.7m² modular project was custom-designed for a client’s young adult child, balancing privacy with high-end style. The "Obsidian" interior features luxury marble accents and integrated LED lighting to create a mature, sophisticated vibe. The layout maximizes a narrow footprint with a private master suite and a multi-functional living hub—perfect for fostering independence while maintaining architectural excellence on a compact site.
Floor Plan
The Ibex 38 Floor Plan maximizes a 10.3m x 3.7m footprint through strategic zoning. It features a private master bedroom separated from the living hub by a central transition zone for acoustic privacy. The open-plan TV/living area flows into a streamlined kitchen, while the innovative "split-entry" bathroom allows independent access to the vanity, toilet, and shower. Five large window points ensure cross-ventilation, making this compact layout feel expansive and breathable.
Apartment - Bedroom
Bedroom: Custom Wardrobe: Handleless "push-to-open" doors paired with an open-frame glass section. Accent Lighting: Dual bedside lamps with geometric bases to provide warm, layered lighting. Visual Depth: Use of a large-format abstract rug to define the sleeping zone and ground the cool color palette.

Feature Wall: Floor-to-ceiling white marble slab with dark wood vertical shelving and integrated LED strip lighting. Seating: Large L-shaped sectional sofa in charcoal fabric, optimizing the corner space. Lighting: Iconic "Double Ring" LED halo chandelier (warm white) acting as a sculptural centerpiece. Dining: Compact round bistro table with curved neutral-tone chairs, positioned for multi-functional use (dining/work).
Apartment - Other Public Areas
Kitchen Area: eatures a high-spec galley kitchen designed for full-scale living. Rich walnut-grained cabinetry is paired with charcoal stone countertops and an integrated breakfast bar, creating a seamless transition from cooking to dining. The open layout accommodates a full-sized French-door refrigerator and a dedicated bistro dining nook. Crowned by a sculptural halo chandelier, this space provides a young adult with a mature, functional environment for both daily life and entertaining.
