Project Background
On a 291m² plot, the JS house consists of two overlapping horizontal rectangular prisms, joined by a vertical one where the bathrooms for each floor and the water tank are located. In the lower prism, the social and service areas of the house comprise a living/dining room, a powder room, and a kitchen. All are distributed from the staircase. In the upper prism, the private area consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom.
