Project Background
Fushan Coffee Project is located in a historical block of Foshan, with a total construction area of about 20 square meters. It is a small boutique coffee space focusing on the revitalization of old buildings and community socialization.
Floor Plan
The flow line is simple and efficient. The street-facing electric glass door is the main entrance, the operation area is on the right, the guest area is on the left, and outdoor seating is reserved, with unobstructed flow line; curtain doors separate functional areas, ensuring privacy and transparency.
Interior Renderings
With the core concept of "retaining texture, adapting to functions and conveying warmth", based on the heritage of Lingnan old buildings, it refuses excessive commercialization, integrates old spaces with modern coffee life, and creates a community coffee destination with both historical texture and practicality.
The design theme is "Brick Language and Wood Rhythm · Coffee Enjoyment Time", taking the original blue brick wall as the core, matching warm logs and simple industrial details, balancing retro and modern comfort, echoing the style of old blocks, and meeting the needs of contemporary people for relaxed socialization.
The design strategy focuses on "small space, great utilization", realizing the unity of function and aesthetics within 20 square meters: retain and restore the original structure and blue brick wall of the building to continue historical memories; optimize the flow line to achieve smooth connection of entrance-operation area-guest area; take into account operation and experience, adapting to coffee making, rest, check-in and other needs.
Materials adopt natural and durable original blue bricks, walnut wood, cement ceiling, combined with metal and glass to enhance retro texture and transparency; soft decoration uses wooden furniture and warm light spotlights to create a relaxed atmosphere.
The design highlights "small but refined", activating old buildings, maximizing space utilization, integrating Chinese texture with modern functions, creating a characteristic space with both recognition and experience, and realizing the symbiosis of history and commerce.
