An elegant reception lounge anchors the space with sculpted armchairs, polished Calacatta porcelain tiles, and a bespoke oak reception desk bearing the ENG identity. Natural timber joinery and display shelving create a warm transition toward the administrative offices, while textured teal drapes and elevated timber staging subtly buffer the active training zone. Balanced linear pendant lighting and a deep acoustic ceiling frame a welcoming, refined corporate entrance.

A hospitality-forward brand lounge merges informal waiting with a dedicated canteen hub. Organic curved armchairs and a circular rug anchor the foreground over marble flooring, leading the eye toward an illuminated retail shelving unit and a vibrant floral ENG brand feature wall. Directional spotlighting highlights the brand identity, while a deep teal acoustic curtain introduces dynamic spatial softness between the hospitality corner and the active collaborative desks.

This dynamic collaboration hub pairs focused hot-desking with an informal workshop theater. This agile workspace blends Scandinavian warmth with industrial refinement, exceeding client needs through flexible multi-zoning. Calacatta marble flooring, natural oak millwork, and fluted paneling balance dark acoustic ceilings and black-framed glazing. Velvet acoustic drapes effortlessly partition the tiered training hub from the open reception, canteen, and executive suites, creating a light-filled, brand-aligned environment focused on connectivity and well-being.

Floor Plan

This 2D CAD interior fit-out and FF&E plan demonstrates high technical legibility through clean vector linework, precise string dimensioning in millimeters, and effective color-coded layering. Black hatched fills delineate the structural shell, blue lines define glazed partitions, and vibrant vectors distinguish loose furniture from custom millwork.
