Project Background
Located on the ninth floor of a mixed-use building in Bole, Addis Ababa, the project is an elegant and minimal workspace aligned with the organization’s identity. Calm proportions, refined materials, and a brand-based palette define the design. An open-plan layout connects management, meeting, and work areas, while an integrated arrival, waiting, and canteen space creates a welcoming and cohesive environment.
Floor Plan
The spatial concept emphasizes an open-plan layout with minimal separation between management, meeting, and working areas, encouraging visual continuity and collaboration.
Interior Renderings
Elegant, minimalistic but welcoming front desk setting the tone for the design expectation of the entire office space giving clients and employees a feeling of motivation and creativity.
Comfortable to the eye and experience materials used waiting space continuing the design language from the front desk area.
The exiting building elements integrated in to the design and functionality of the office space speaking similar openness language.

Feature wall accentuating the managerial side while the complementary lighter wall paints multiplying the minimalistic but elegant feel of the space.
