Project Background
The villa's street-facing elevation combines stone-clad boundary walls with a vertical slat metal gate, set against the dark cladding and glass balustrading of the upper floors. A mature olive tree and trimmed hedge line soften the entrance sequence, with mature landscaping visible beyond the wall establishing the surrounding context.
A close-up of the facade shows dark metal cladding contrasted with stone panels and glass balustrading across two levels. The composition highlights the material layering that defines the villa's exterior language.
A mosaic-tiled water feature wall frames the plunge pool, with a lounge chair set on a stone terrace bordered by planting. The material and landscaping combination extends the villa's refined material language outdoors.
Floor Plan
This rendering captures the villa's ground floor as a cohesive indoor-outdoor living environment, where a sculptural pool set against the plot's angled western boundary is complemented by planted terraces, layered hardscape paving, and a recessed ship ladder entry in place of a conventional stepped access. The design balances landscape, water, and hardscape elements to create a refined arrival and outdoor experience that extends the villa's living spaces beyond its interior walls.
The ground floor plan illustrates the functional layout of a private villa's entrance and outdoor entertainment level, combining a sculptural curved staircase at its center with a dedicated pool services and storage bar comprising shower and WC facilities.
Villa - Bedroom (Master Room)
A fluted wall panel with vertical accent strips in contrasting tones sits above the bed, referencing the villa's modern neoclassical language at a smaller scale. Integrated switches and sconce lighting are worked cleanly into the paneling.
The bedroom is designed as a continuous suite, with the sleeping area, integrated storage wall, and an adjoining counter unified through a consistent grey palette. Concealed lighting and clean joinery lines maintain the calm, refined character established throughout the villa.
A backlit onyx panel is set into the wall above the bedside console, its natural veining used as a focal material against the surrounding matte cabinetry. The upholstered headboard and soft bedding introduce warmth and texture, balancing the stone's cool tone.
Villa - Drawing Room, Living Room
A dark timber-clad volume defines one side of the living room, housing the TV and framing the seating arrangement beyond. Marble flooring and a stone-topped table in the foreground carry the material language into the surrounding spaces.
The living room combines a full-height TV wall, sheer draped curtains, and a pair of upholstered armchairs around a marble coffee table. Track lighting and a slatted ceiling add texture overhead while keeping the material palette restrained.
A deep sectional sofa in soft white upholstery is layered with grey and sage textiles, anchored by a sculptural marble coffee table. The fireplace and open sightline toward the staircase extend the sense of space beyond the seating area.
Villa - Kitchen
The full dining and kitchen run is shown together, with a sculptural ceiling light fixture, full-height dark cabinetry, and a stone dining table seating six. Sheer curtains and a glimpse of the adjacent living area extend the spatial sequence.
A dark stone-clad island anchors the kitchen, paired with a matching dining table on a contrasting base. Warm timber flooring and matte grey cabinetry with integrated appliances complete a materially rich, functional layout.
Other Interior Renderings
Paired overhead views of the spiral staircase show a sculptural hanging installation of mirrored and matte discs suspended above the stair void, adding an artistic focal point to the circulation core.
A closer view of the suspended disc installation, combining mirrored brass and matte white forms at varying heights. The piece introduces a sculptural, gallery-like moment into the stairwell.
A linear fireplace is recessed into a floating cabinetry volume, with the curved glass-railed staircase visible beyond. The composition ties the living level's architectural detailing to its circulation core.
