Located in Karangaita on the outskirts of Thika, Kenya, this project is a contemporary two-level residential maisonette set within a predominantly residential and agricultural context. Designed as a reinforced concrete structure with natural stone masonry, the concept emphasizes durability, simplicity, and modern living. The client’s requirements focus on a functional, efficient layout with clear spatial organization, allowing for future integration of finishes, services, and comfortable family

Floor Plan
The ground floor is organized to accommodate both private and shared living spaces, featuring a spacious living room, dining area, and an open-plan kitchen with direct outdoor access. A master bedroom and an additional bedroom are positioned for privacy, alongside essential service areas.
